Minh Le is currently Principal Instructional Designer, working at Digital Futures Institute (DFI) of Teachers College, Columbia University where he is leading various initiatives to materialize the institute's mission

to support digital innovation and build the future of learning within and beyond Teachers College

He is recognized as an expert in innovative digital pedagogy, learning design, and educational technology, with 15 years of experience spanning higher education, government, and the nonprofit sector across Vietnam and the United States.

He has built his career at the intersection of technology and human-centered education, designing learning systems, leading faculty development, launching emerging technology programs, and advising institutions on how to integrate AI without losing sight of what education is fundamentally for. His driving conviction, across every role he has held, is that technology should strengthen human creativity and ethical judgment, not replace them.

Founded the DFI Immersive Learning Initiative and co-led the DREAMS Initiative, two programs that brought VR and immersive technology into TC's curriculum and extended into New York City public schools.
